As a caregiver, you text our number to set up an account. You'll provide your loved one's name, phone number, and preferred call schedule.
Your loved one makes one introductory call to meet their AI companion and give their consent. This is a regulatory requirement—we can never place the first call.
Once they've consented, scheduled calls start automatically. You'll receive alerts and summaries after each check-in.
